Levelling Hard Pitch of Work-Family Conflict During Pandemic: Lived Experience of Female Nurses

This paper aims to explore the notion of work-family conflict (WFC) among female nurses during pandemic COVID as they were standing at front line combat this havoc. Health care is a challenging field, and medical professionals, especially nurses, experience phenomenon on daily basis. A reasonable amount scholarship available topic. How-ever, research focusing contextualizing COVID-19 missed clue between practice research. Considering lacuna, has exclusively focused lived married (with kids) strategies employed survive in religion-culturally defined patriarchal environment Pakistan. In line,this contributes intellectual discourse with context-specific insider's view nurses.Research implications future direction will also be given paper.
